The Ooni of Ife has said peace and unity remain central to his responsibilities on the occasion of his 52nd birthday. He said he would continue to use his position and influence to strengthen relationships among communities, promote peaceful coexistence and celebrate the cultural diversity that makes Nigeria unique.
