The convoy of the Inspector-General of Police rammed airport barricades in Port Harcourt. The toll gate barricades are manned by Atlantic Biscoe Nigeria Ltd., the concessionaire managing toll gate revenue services. According to the report, the convoy struck the barricades in a reckless manner on the IGP's way out of the airport.
