Alhaji Ibrahim Ladan Duguri, Executive Secretary of the Bauchi State Health Contributory Management Agency (BASHCMA), died in an accident at Yalwan Duguri in Alkaleri Local Government Area. Four of his children also lost their lives in the incident. Governor Bala Mohammed confirmed the tragedy and expressed profound sorrow, describing the death as a monumental loss to Bauchi, particularly its health sector. In a condolence message signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado, the governor extended sympathy to the deceased's family, the Duguri Emirate Council, friends, colleagues and the people of Bauchi.
