Alhaji Muhammad Bashir Sa'idu, former Kaduna State Commissioner for Finance and ex-Chief of Staff to former Governor Nasir El-Rufai, has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) with 200,000 followers. He declared that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) is dead in Kaduna. Governor Uba Sani commented that he saw the collapse of the opposition coming.
