A Catholic priest, Father Patricio Alfredo Sánchez Molinari, was killed when a crucifix fell during a live Mass. The incident occurred at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Guayaquil on Saturday. The crucifix suddenly came loose and toppled forward as the priest was addressing worshippers.
