Former Amnesty Programme Chairman Honourable Kingsley Kuku has said the late President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua pledged N750 billion yearly to construct a 700-kilometre Atlantic coastal road and three other Niger Delta projects. Kuku said the pledge was made 17 years before President Bola Tinubu began the 750-kilometre Lagos-Calabar coastal highway. He made the disclosure in comments reported by Tribune Online.
