A court has ordered a minister to respond to a suit seeking the disclosure of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) records. The applicant had requested the NYSC mobilisation or call-up letter issued to Tunji-Ojo in 2006 or any other year, the posting letter to the FCTA in 2006 or any other year, and his application for mobilisation. The court's order requires the minister to address the suit.
