A court has dismissed Omoyele Sowore's request seeking to have the Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS) testify in his defence. The DSS's lawyer, Akinlolu Kehinde, SAN, had opposed the move, arguing that another official of the agency could testify on his behalf. The court ruled against Sowore's application.
