Mr Victor Ochei, former Speaker of the Delta House of Assembly, has mourned the passing of former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan. In a tribute, Ochei described Uduaghan's death as a loss to Delta and Nigeria, citing his contributions to governance, institutional development, peace, and infrastructure. Ochei, who served as speaker during Uduaghan's administration from 2011 to 2014, recalled their working relationship and shared commitment to democratic governance and state development.
