The Nigerian Independent System Operator (NISO) said it has put in place corrective measures to stabilise the national grid following multiple trippings on Monday. NISO said the grid experienced multiple trippings on the 330 kilovolt transmission network at about 12:40 p.m. It said restoration efforts had been completed and the grid had returned to normal operation, adding that only a section of the grid was affected.
