Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has asked the head of the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) to resign over the ongoing waste crisis in the state. The governor was reported to be upset and unhappy with the LAWMA boss after visiting a dumpsite. The development follows public concern over the state of waste management in Lagos.
