The Portuguese Football Federation has handed Cristiano Ronaldo a 30-day suspension and a 255-euro fine after he left Portugal's international camp last month. The 41-year-old captain walked out of the Nations League squad after being an unused substitute against Norway and learning he would not start against Denmark on 1 October. The ban takes effect from the day of the Denmark match, meaning he has already served 19 days and will not miss any Portugal matches.
