Leader of the eight Zamfara lawmakers who resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC) over alleged injustice, Aliyu Ango Kagara, has said that he and his colleagues have not taken a final decision on returning to the party even after meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The lawmakers were taken to see the President by the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, on Sunday. Kagara said they attended the meeting following an invitation to explain their position and the origins of the crisis, but they are yet to reunite with the APC. He added that President Tinubu explained that he had invited them to hear their side.
