Former Delta State Governor Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan has died at the age of 71, his family announced in a statement. President Bola Tinubu and other prominent Nigerians have expressed condolences, while the Delta State government declared three days of mourning. Uduaghan's daughter, Orode, also paid tribute to her father.
