The Rivers State Chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has faulted the Rivers State House of Assembly’s decision to reverse its earlier resolution declaring the seats of three lawmakers vacant. The ADC described the development as a matter of grave constitutional importance. The affected lawmakers are Victor Oko-Jumbo, representing Bonny State Constituency, and Sokari Goodboy Sokari.
