Former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor Godwin Emefiele has urged the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory to dismiss the criminal breach of trust, conspiracy and forgery charges brought against him. He argued that he has no case to answer. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is the prosecuting agency in the matter.
