Dr. Taiwo Fasoranti, eldest child of Pa Reuben Fasoranti and Secretary to the Ondo State Government, has said the elder statesman died peacefully in his sleep at the age of 100. He disclosed that his father passed on at about 4 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, in his room and in his bed. The family expressed gratitude for his life and legacy, saying they would celebrate his longevity and contributions to society rather than mourn him.
