The Ambrose Ali University (AAU) yesterday denied the reports that the Edo State-owned school is owing workers 32 months’ salaries. Acting Vice-Chancellor Asomwan Adagbonyin said this in Ekpoma. According to him, 1710 employees comprising academic, senior non-teaching and junior staff yesterday received their August salary, adding that 634 pensioners were also paid.
