NBA creates Adjudicature Review Committee, appoints Ex-NERC boss, Amadi chairman

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has established the Adjudicature Review Committee (ARC) to strengthen Nigeria’s judicial system. The association also appointed Dr. Sam Amadi, former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), as the chairman of the committee.
