Ethio Telecom's 100 million shares to sell for $2.54 each ahead of exchange listing

Ethiopia's state-owned telecom company, Ethio Telecom, has set a share price of 300 birr ($2.54) for the 100 million shares it intends to sell via its mobile payment service. Ethiopians will, however, be offered a 10% stake in the company, with foreign investors receiving a 45% stake.
