Plateau, Nasarawa eradicated river blindness, elephantiasis — Official

Dr. Cletus Shurkuk, Plateau Commissioner for Health, says Plateau and Nasarawa are the only states to have eradicated Onchocerciasis (River Blindness) and Lymphatic Filariasis (elephantiasis) in Nigeria.
