Djibouti’s foreign minister elected chairman of African Union

African leaders have elected Djibouti’s Foreign Minister, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, to chair the African Union commission. Djibouti’s finance minister, Ilyas Dawaleh, revealed this on Saturday.
