Kagame dismisses over 200 from Rwandan army

The Rwandan President, Paul Kagame, has dismissed over 200 soldiers from the Rwanda Defense Force (RDF). The RDF said in a statement on Friday the dismissed personnel include 21 senior and junior officers. Among those dismissed were Martin Nzaramba and Etienne Uwimana.
