Benue recruits ex-servicemen to bolster security outfit

The Benue State Government has engaged the services of e9x-servicemen and women in the state-owned security outfit, known as the “Benue State Civil Protection Guard.” The immediate-past administration of Samuel Ortom had established “Benue State Community Volunteer Guards” and “Livestock Guards”, with the latter set up to enforce the anti-open grazing law in the state.
